Background: 

A large-scale textile group company in Colombia, with a large-scale dyeing factory that prints and dyes all kinds of fabrics, focusing on high-quality fabric printing and dyeing. They aim to become the leader of local textile enterprises.

Challenge: 

The washing fastness for general dyes cannot meet the requirements, which causes the finished product fade gradually in several soaping. The dyes are replaced many times, the expected results are still not achieved.

Solution:

Our laboratory has repeatedly tested the dyes commonly used by customers. After matching common parameters such as shade and fastness, we have customized a set of tricolor with high washing fastness to solve the problem of fading caused by soaping.
