What is the fastness of disperse dyes?

The dyeing fastness of disperse dyes is mainly the fastness to sunlight, sublimation, friction and washing. Particularly important among them are the light fastness in application performance and the sublimation fastness in post-processing. Others, such as wash fastness and rubbing fastness, can be solved by post-dyeing recovery cleaning.

Why do disperse dyes need to be restored and cleaned?

Due to the tight internal structure of polyester fibers and the relationship between surface charges, it is impossible for anionic reducing agents to penetrate into the interior of the fibers. Therefore, reduction cleaning can only remove the floating color on the surface of the fibers without affecting the dye molecules that have penetrated into the interior of the fibers. Reduction cleaning is generally used 30Beo caustic soda 2-4ml/l, insurance powder 1-2g/l, detergent 1g/l, temperature 70℃ for ten minutes.

How to control the temperature of disperse dye materials?

Disperse dyes should be hydrated at a temperature lower than 40°C. However, in practice, the temperature of 40°C is difficult to control, so it is recommended to hydrate at room temperature. Too high a temperature will cause the dye to agglomerate and cause stains.

What impact does polyester oligomer have on dyeing?

Oligomers, also known as oligomers, are low-molecular polymers produced during the spinning process of synthetic fibers. Generally, polyester fibers contain about 1-3% of oligomers. When dyeing, the oligomers migrate from the inside of the fiber to the outside of the fiber under heating. Since the oligomers are slightly soluble at high temperatures, when the dyeing temperature decreases, the oligomers crystallize out and produce "white" on the yarn surface. "Frost" phenomenon, the greater the amount of dye and the darker the color, the more serious the impact of oligomers.

Disperse dye hot melt dyeing process?

Pretreatment--->Padding--->Intermediate drying--->Hot melt--->Reduction cleaning--->Water washing

Direct printing process of disperse dye polyester-cotton fabric?

Printing→drying→high temperature steaming (180~185℃, 7~8 minutes)→flat washing→drying→finishing.
