1. Viscose: starch slurry, desizing with amylase;

3. Polyester: oxidative desizing agent or refining one-bath desizing (refining desizing);

4. Polyester/cotton: hot alkali desizing (caustic soda desizing) or oxidative desizing agent desizing;

5. Spandex elastic fabric: Desizing enzyme desizing, which is relatively mild and does not damage the fabric.

Ⅰ. Desizing enzyme desizing process:

Desizing enzyme: 3-6g/L, non-ionic penetrant: 2g/L, NaCl: 5-6g/L (adding NaCl can make desizing cleaner), cook at 60-90℃ for 30 minutes, rinse with water, dehydrate and bake dry or go to the next step.

Ⅱ. Oxidative desizing agent desizing process:

Oxidative desizing agent: 5-10g/L, NaoH: 5-10g/L, boil at 50-60℃ for 20 minutes, rinse with water, dehydrate and dry or proceed to the next step.

Ⅲ. Refining and desizing process:

Desizing penetrant: 5g/L, NaoH: 10g/L, boil at 50-60℃ for 20 minutes, rinse with water, dehydrate and dry or proceed to the next step.

Ⅳ. Hot alkali desizing process:

NaoH: 5-10g/L, boil at 80-100℃ for 20 minutes, rinse with water, dehydrate and dry or proceed to the next step.

Remarks: In the above desizing process, if NaOH is used, it is necessary to adjust the pH value to 7 with glacial acetic acid first, so that the cloth surface is neutral, and then proceed to the next step.
