How to deal with dyed cloth fold?

Scouring pleats are mostly found in high-count and high-density polyester-cotton fabrics and pure cotton thin fabrics. Due to the high hardness of water during production, scale is easy to form during steaming and washing and is easy to adhere to the cloth guide roller. Long-term production will form scale grooves, making the guide roll If the cloth roller is not smooth, the fabric will easily wrinkle. Once creases are found during production, the car should be wiped and cleaned in time. If creases are found in the semi-finished product during dyeing, it should be repaired with a reasonable process.

Here are several methods of repairing pleats:

If the bleached fabric has uneven temporary creases or mercerized drying folds, if it is relatively light, it can be directly dyed without considering the impact on dyeing. If it is relatively heavy, it can be dyed and produced as long as it is pre-set.

If there are obvious pleats in the bleached fabric, there will be black pleats under the dyeing machine without fabric damage, and a white pleat print under the machine if the pleats cause fabric damage. For this kind of pleats, it is repaired by high-temperature ultra-wide stretching and then mercerizing.

If the creases of the cloth after bleaching are severe, and the creases on the surface of the cloth have already formed aurora marks, this kind of creases is more difficult to deal with. The only way to deal with them is to lightly sand the cloth after high-temperature ultra-widening and then light sanding to remove the creases and aurora marks. Grinding, then re-boiling and bleaching, so that the damaged fabric fibers are puffed and repaired, and finally the creases are flattened by high-concentration alkali mercerizing.

For the repair of pleats, the cause of pleats must first be accurately judged. Different pleats have different treatment and prevention methods to avoid waste caused by unnecessary processes. For example, mercerized drying pleats are easier to find, and they should be dealt with in time after they are found, and don't leave the problem to be finalized before dyeing. If the drying pleats are not easy to deal with, you can make a shaft when the mercerized cloth is dropped, so that the drying folds can be flattened and the pleats can be ironed with the remaining temperature of the falling cloth, so that the setting before dyeing can be saved.
