There are many reasons for dye agglomeration, generally due to the following reasons:

1. Operation reason: the chemical material is not complete;

2. Polyester raw materials: more polyester oligomers;

3. Dyeing water: the hardness is high, and the metal ions in the water are affected;

4. The heating rate is too fast during the dyeing process.
