The sustaining agent is often added to the dyeing of cations to reduce the upper dye rate and obtain a uniform dyeing effect. The sustained dye dyes of cationic dyes include cationic sustained dyeing agents and anion -ion slowly dyeing agents.

Catalogeny -dye is the most commonly used slow -dye dye in cation and dyeing. Most of them are cationic surfactants, such as 1227 surfactants (even dye TAN) and 1631 surfactants (uniform dyeing agent IV states). The cationic slowdler has affinity for acrylic. For the cationic sustained dye with smaller molecular and less affinity with fiber, due to the fast diffusion rate, the dye seat on the fiber first occupies the dye seat. After the dye cation enters the fiber, the affinity of the slower and the fiber is less than the dye and fiber than the fiber and the fiber. The affinity of affinity will gradually be replaced by dyes, which reduces the upper dye rate. The amount of such slowly dye should not be too large, otherwise the upper dye will be concentrated in the late dyeing stage, which will cause uneven dyeing. For the complicated molecular structure and a greater affinity with the fiber, the cation -sung -dye can be bidded with cation dyes during dyeing, thereby reducing the upper dyeing rate of cedic dyes. As a result, the percentage of cationic dyes reduced percentage. The higher the amount of sustained dye dye in this type of cation, the more significant the mild dyeing effect, but the dye is lighter. The dosage of cation -sustained dyeing agent depends on the nature and concentration of the dyes used. When the K value is small or dyed light, the amount of sustained dyeing agent is high. The amount of slow dye is low. The cationic jacweighting agent also has a saturated value for acrylic, and there is also a problem of matching value with cation dyes. For cation with high affinity, cation with high affinity should be adopted. In the chromosomal prescription, the sum of the amount of sustaining dye and cationin dye should not exceed the chromatal saturated value of the fiber.

In addition to the above -mentioned yang ion slow -dyes, there is another type of cationic sustained dyeing agent, namely a polymerized cationic sustained dye, such as slow dye A. This type of mild dye molecules are large, with a degree of aggregation of hundreds. Each macromolecular contains hundreds of cationic groups. It cannot enter the inside of the fiber. It can only be covered on the fiber surface, making the cadres dye and the Kulun's gravitational gravity of the cubic dye and the cublon of the acrylic. Reduce the upper dye rate of dyes. The slow -dye ability of this type of slow dye is stronger than the yang ion surface active agent, and does not occupy the dye seat in the fiber, which does not have an impact on the chromatal saturation value of acrylic. The aegal jacweighting agent is mostly a negatively charged aromatics sulfonic acid, which can be combined with cationic dyes into a low -soluble complex, and the dispersing effects of non -ionic auxiliaries are suspended in the dye bath. The complex formed by the fiber The affinity is small. After adding an anteromium to the dyeing in the bath, the dye concentration of the dye ion is reduced to reduce the upper dye rate of the dye. As the dyeing temperature is improved, the complex is gradually decomposed, and the free dye cation is released, which gradually increases the upper dye rate, thereby achieving the purpose of uniform dyeing. Due to the low solubility of the complex, in order to avoid precipitation, the non -ionic surface active agent needs to be added while adding an anterogeneous sustaining agent. The decrease in the percentage of dye dyeing in the use of anion is obvious than that of cation with cation. After using anion -ion slowly dyeing agent, cations and anion dyes can be stained with the same bath, creating conditions for the dyed dyeing of cationic dyes/acid dyes, cationic dyes/active dyes for mixed textiles of acrylics.
