The staining fastness refers to the ability to maintain the original color state under the influence of various external factors during the use of or during the processing process of dye fabrics.

The staining fastness is one of the important quality indicators to measure the finished product. The dyeing fastness that is easy to fade is low, and the staining fastness that is not easy to fade is high. The staining fastness depends to a large extent on its chemical structure. In addition, the physical state, decentralization, dyeing and fiber combination of dyes, dyes and fibers, dyeing methods and process conditions have also greatly affected.

Dyeing staining mainly includes: washing fastness, friction resistance, sun exposure, sweat resistance, iron resistance, climate resistance, brushing solidarity, rising Chinese fastness, drift resistance firmly Degree, alkali resistance, etc. In addition, according to the special use of the product, there are seawater fastness, smoke resistance, etc.

Sun exposure

The exposure of the dyeing fabric is a more complicated process. Under the action of sunlight, the dye absorbing the light energy, the molecule is in a intensifying state, becoming extremely unstable, it is easy to produce certain chemical reactions, cause the dye to decompose and fade, and cause a large fading phenomenon after dyeing fabrics. The sun exposure changes with the concentration of dyeing, and the low concentration is worse than that of the sun exposure with a high concentration. The sun exposure of the same dye on different fibers also has a large difference. For example, the sun exposure in the fiber of the fiber is only 3 levels, but the wool is 7-8. Related factors such as gathering status and dyeing process on fiber.

The sun is divided into 8 levels, level 1 is the worst, and level 8 is the best.

Soap

Refers to the degree of dyeing fabrics after washing the soap under the specified conditions, including the original fading and white cloth stained.

Original fading: refers to the change of the color before and after the soap was washed

White cloth stains: refers to the situation where the white cloth that was washed with soap at the same time was contaminated by the fading of the dye product.

The soap washing is related to the combination of the chemical structure of the dye and the combination of dyes and fiber. In addition, the soap washing fastness is also related to the concentration of dyes, dyeing technology, and soap washing conditions.

The test conditions for soap washing fastness are different from the fiber variety of fabrics. The soap washing temperature can be divided into three types: 40 ° C, 60 ° C and 95 ° C. After testing the samples, the "gray fade sample card" is rated in accordance with the standards of the national regulations after the test of the sample test, washing, and drying.

The soap is divided into five levels and nine gear, of which the first level is the worst, the fifth level is the best, and the coloring color is also divided into five level nine gear.

The tolerance tolerance refers to the ability to not fade and unintectorate during the soap washing process. Including the original discoloration and white cloth staining indicators.

Disablery

The friction of the dyeing fabric is divided into two types: dry friction and wet friction. The former is used for white cloth friction fabrics to see the color of the white cloth. The latter uses a white cloth with 100%water to rub the chromosomal fabric to see the white cloth stained. Wet friction is caused by external force friction and water, and its wet frictionality is generally lower than dry friction.

The frictionality of the fabric mainly depends on the amount of floating color, the combination of dyes and fibers, and the uniformity of dye penetration. If the dye is combined with a covalent bond with fiber, its friction is high. The dye concentration used during dyeing often affects frictionality, high dyeing concentration, and easily causes floating color, and the frictionality is low.

The frictionality is compared by the "Dip -color gray -like card" according to the 5th level nine system. The first level is the worst and the fifth level is the best.
