Polyester fiber, which is commonly known as "polyester", is a synthetic fiber made of organic binary acid and diol. It is a type of polymer compound. Its invention can be traced back to the 1930s, and it is now the most important type of synthetic fiber.

Polyester fibers have many advantages. First of all, it has excellent anti -wrinkleness and preservation. It is not easy to wrinkle during the dressing process, which can maintain the original shape of the clothing. Secondly, polyester fibers have high strength and elastic recovery ability, so that the weaving fabrics are solid and durable, and they can quickly restore their original state. In addition, polyester fibers also have the characteristics of anti -wear and non -sticky hair, making the fabric look more neat.

In general, polyester fiber is a very practical synthetic fiber. It is widely used in the fields of textiles and clothing manufacturing, bringing a lot of convenience and comfort to our daily life.

Synthetic polyester: The raw materials for making polyester are polyetic benzene acid and ethylene glycol. These raw materials mainly come from petroleum, coal and natural gas. First obtain chemical substances such as toluene, dystershopine, and ethylene, and then chemically react to obtain phenyl acid or phenyl axyl acid dihaxol and ethylene glycol. In the past, because phenyl acid was not easy to refine, people used phenyl -dysic acid dihydrin and ethylene glycol to make polyester. But since the successful refining of phenyl acid in 1965, the production process of polyester decreased and cost decreased. The commonly used polyester is produced with phenyl acid and ethylene glycol as raw materials. These raw materials form a polyester melting through a polymerization reaction.

Spinning: Polyester melt can be used to prepare polyester fibers. First, the polyester melt was treated and melted to reduce the moisture content. Then, the dry polyester melt was heated to high temperature, and the melted polyester was squeezed out through the spinning process to form a filament. These filaments can be divided into polyester filaments and polyester short fibers according to the processing method.

Polyester long wire: Polyester long wire is usually obtained by stretching, twisting, etc. Stretching (DT) and stretching deformation wires are used for weaving. Full stretching (FDY) can be used directly for weaving fabrics. In addition, there is a polyester fiber called "Kodar". It is slightly lighter than polyester, and its strength and elongation rate are slightly lower. It is suitable for blended with cotton and hair.

Polyester is a commonly used synthetic fiber, which has good performance and is widely used in textiles and other fields. The above is the synthesis process of polyester and different types of preparation methods.
