KN Type
Dyeing temperature is 50-70℃. The dyeing process is to first combine with the fiber by van der Waals hydrogen bond. Adding salt is to promote adsorption. At this time, the leveling and permeability are good. When the dyeing is close to equilibrium, add alkali. Under alkaline conditions, the β-hydroxyethyl sulfate active group in the dye will be transformed into a real vinyl sulfone group, and the activity will be greatly increased. It will be covalently bonded with the fiber to complete the color fixation and complete the dyeing process quickly. Whether it is a small sample or a large product, the best time to add alkali is after keeping it warm at 60 degrees for a period of time. The synchronization of the process of small samples and large products is the key to color reproducibility
Good solubility, bright color, high directness and high reactivity, suitable for cold pile dyeing.
Weak reactivity, suitable for high temperature (above 80℃) dyeing, insensitive to alkali, so not suitable for cold rolling, dye is not easy to hydrolyze, storage stability is good, "dye-fiber" covalent bond hydrolysis stability is very good, level dyeing is very good, suitable for viscose, towels, mercerized cotton dyeing and printing
Disadvantages: Since the acid generated by the hydrolysis of the chlorine atoms on the triazine has an autocatalytic hydrolysis effect on the bond, the acid resistance is very poor
This type has similar performance to monochlorotriazine, but have low directness, so they have good leveling properties and generally low strength, making them suitable for light colors and printing. Our TE series all have this structure
This type has the characteristics of two active groups, such as overcoming the disadvantage of poor acid resistance of the "dye-fiber" bond of s-triazine dyes, and at the same time overcoming the disadvantage of poor alkali resistance of vinyl sulfone dyes. They have synergistic effects, moderate reactivity, and are relatively cheap. Most dyeing factories use this set. Our special deep series are basically structurally modified on this basis, introducing multiple chromogens and active groups to increase the directness, depth, and lifting power of the dyes. The RGB series is based on the M material and further screens out varieties with similar compatibility, directness, and reactivity. Therefore, whether it is immersion dyeing of sensitive colors, or pad dyeing, cold rolling, RGB is very suitable.
