1 Appearance inspection

The method is the same as the vat dye.

2 Inspection of dye components

The method is the same as that of vat dyes. Note: The synthesis of the same disperse dye such as HGL blue is more expensive than the blending.

3 Diffusion test

The method is the same as the vat dye.

4 Color light and strength test

The dyes to be tested and standard dyes (approved) are simultaneously subjected to the following dyeing tests:

①Accurately weigh 1.000g of dye in a grinding bowl, measure 100mL of 2% anti-migration agent aqueous solution, first drop about 2mL of solution to fully grind the dye, then add all of it, stir well and pour it into the square pan. After dipping and rolling two 25cm×12cm polyester-cotton semi-bleached fabrics, they are clamped by iron clips and hung in a continuously rotating 100°C constant-temperature eight-basket oven. The fabrics should be hung flat and pre-dried.

② Disperse dyes are divided into low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature dyes. Different baking and fixing temperatures are selected according to the type of dye. Cut out two-thirds of the pre-dried swatches dyed with the dye to be tested and the swatches dyed with standard dyes and hang them in a high-temperature oven at 190~200℃ for 1.5min, then take out, wash with water and soap Wash for 30s, scald and dry. After the fabric samples are cold (about 30min), compare the shade of the two fabric samples before baking, the shade and strength of the finished product, if the sample dyed with the test dye is more than half a layer lighter than the sample dyed with the standard dye Or the shade deviation is obvious, it is unqualified; if the shade of the semi-finished product dyed with the standard dye and the shade of the semi-product dyed with the standard dye are very different before baking, the difference in the shade of the two fabric samples after baking and washing is not large, the test is to be tested The dye is unqualified; if the sample cloth dyed with the dye to be tested is too deep, estimate the depth first, and weigh out 0.9000g/100mL, 0.9500g/100mL with the standard dye 1.000g/100mL for further dyeing and proofing. Get the strength of the dye to be tested.

5 Fastness test

The sample fabrics dyed with the dyes to be tested and the sample fabrics dyed with standard dyes are tested for soaping and sublimation fastness according to the national standard, and the standard is required. For the soaping fastness test of the disperse dyes used for special fabrics, it is required Standard cotton cloth and standard nylon cloth are washed at the same time, and the staining fastness of the two kinds of white cloth should reach the standard.
