Disperse dye for polyester, which is heated to the prescribed temperature (125 ~ 135 ° C), you must keep the staining period of time. The test shows that the length of the preservation and dyeing time has the impact on the quality of the dyeing.

1) Polyester fiber structure is tight, and the momentary gap in the micro structure is small and small, plus its strong hydrophobicability. Even under high temperature and high pressure conditions, the maximum expansion of polyester fibers can make the decentralized dyes smooth and spread smoothly. There must be enough time for processing. If the warming dyeing time is too short to reach the highest upper dye balance (especially high -temperature dyes), once the length of the preservation and dyeing is different, the shade depth will fluctuate. At the same time, the cover effect on polyester fiber (different crystalline) will also decrease. If different temperature dyes are used to dye, the color difference will also cause different dyes.

(2) Disted dyes in water (especially in high temperature water) have a large degree of connection, which exists in the form of dye aggregation. However, the dye cluster can only be adsorbed by the fiber surface and cannot spread into the interior of the polyester fiber. Only dye molecules in dissolved state can enter. Therefore, the cluster of the dye must be "solved" and gradually releases the dye monocular molecules in order to gradually be dyed. However, the solubility of decentralized dyes is extremely low, so the release speed of the dye single molecule is slow. Therefore, it takes a certain time to achieve the highest color balance (especially dyeing dark color). If the preservation and dyeing time is too short, the dye will be "solved" inadequate, which will affect the depth of color, and it will cause the color fastness to decrease due to excessive floating color, and even cause color points and stain dyes.

(3) In common dispersing dyes, most dyes have poor heat -resistant dispersing stability and large condensation tendencies, so it is easy to cause uneven color suction. However, the dye dyeing ability is stronger than other dyes. As long as the insulation and dyeing time is abundant, it can effectively correct the "uniform dye" phenomenon produced by the heating and dyeing stage through the active migration effect, so that the dye is fiber (fabric) in the fiber (fabric). The distribution on the top is uniform and consistent. However, if the insulation and dyeing time is too short and the dye dyeing effect is insufficient, the adverse color suction during the heating process may become a permanent color flower.

It can be seen that the high temperature and high pressure dyeing polyester of the decentralized dyes, and the high temperature warming and dyeing time must be abundant. Do not shorten the warming and staining time at will in order to improve production efficiency.
