For active dyeing, when the pH value is 7 ~ 9, the color difference between the product is normal, indicating that the pH range has little effect on the product color difference, and the presence of a small amount of alkali will not change or destroy the active dye molecules.

When the pH value is 8.5, the soap of the fabric's soap washing and the wet rubbing fastness is 3 levels, and the customer's requirements cannot be met; when the pH value is further increased, the coloring of the color becomes worse. Affects the color fastness of the chromosome product.

The water quality of the sewage rebate plant generally requires the pH value to ensure that the growth of microorganisms in the processing system can run normally without harming alkali. The reuse water quality standard requires that the pH value is 85, preferably 7.



The salt type in the system is mainly sodium sulfate, with two sources:

(1) As a dye promotional process, add people;

(2) The alkali and soda of the drift and solid -fixed -color process are converted into sodium sulfate after neutralizing sulfate.

The limit salinity in the system is 924mg/L, and the salinity does not affect the quality of the fabric.


  Iron ion

Previous treatment of iron ions will cause hydrogen peroxide to accelerate and decompose, causing a hole in the cloth surface.

Iron ions will cause dyeing cloth to dark and prone to color points. As for the removal method, first depends on how the content is generally below 15 ppm, it is irrelevant.



Simple chloride ions have no effect on active dyeing, because someone uses salt as a dyeing agent, but it has an impact on the cylinder body of the dye cylinder. It depends on whether the steel for the dyeing cylinder use is tolerant.

If it is like tap water, it contains effective chlorine for bleaching sterilization and exceeds certain standards, which will affect the dye.
