High temperature and high pressure dyeing process is a dyeing technology for synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon. Through high temperature (usually 130-135℃) and high pressure (3-4 bar) environment, the internal structure of the fiber is relaxed, the dye molecules are fully penetrated and fixed, and high color fastness and bright color are achieved.
Applicable materials: specially designed for hydrophobic synthetic fibers, especially for fibers with high glass transition temperature (Tg) such as polyester.
Pretreatment: The fiber is refined to remove impurities;
Dyeing stage: The dye liquid is heated to above 130℃ in a high-pressure closed environment for 30-60 minutes to promote dye diffusion;
Post-treatment: Reduction cleaning removes floating color and improves color fastness.
High dyeing rate: High temperature enhances the movement of fiber molecular chains and accelerates dye adsorption and diffusion;
Uniform color: Pressure stabilizes the fluidity of the dye liquid and reduces the risk of color flowers;
Wide applicability: Compatible with liquid disperse dyes, suitable for various forms such as cheese yarn and fabrics.
The traditional process has problems such as high energy consumption and high wastewater discharge. At present, it is gradually upgraded to high efficiency and energy saving through low bath ratio equipment, intelligent temperature control system and wastewater reuse technology optimization.
It is widely used in dyeing polyester products such as clothing, home textiles, and automotive interiors. It is an irreplaceable core process for synthetic fiber processing.
