Challenge:
The washing fastness for general dyes cannot meet the requirements, which causes the finished product fade gradually in several soaping. The dyes are replaced many times, the expected results are still not achieved.
Solution:
Our laboratory has repeatedly tested the dyes commonly used by customers. After matching common parameters such as shade and fastness, we have customized a set of tricolor with high washing fastness to solve the problem of fading caused by soaping.
Digital direct printing is that the pattern that needs to be printed through the image software is processed, and the computer control system is sprayed directly to the fabric to form a flower -shaped pattern through the nozzle of the inkjet printed machine.
