How to add chemicals for disperse dyeing?

Chemical method:

Cold water beating: warm water (<50°C = stir well, dilute and filter before adding to the dye vat for use.

① Add glacial acid first (add after dilution) to adjust the pH value (measure with pH test paper).

② Add dissolved leveling agent and dispersant.

③ Finally, add the well-dispersed dye.

Namely: glacial acid → dispersant (leveling agent) → dye

Pay attention to the problem:

Check whether the filter screen of the feeding bucket is in good condition before feeding.
