This year, the business of solvent dye is not just burnt.


Half of our markets in Europe, but from the beginning of the year, Europe's economy has been exhausted, such as the fierce shrinking of the automotive market, and the overall decline is rapid; the domestic market conditions are generally the same. This makes me sigh, it is said that the impact of the annual economic cycle of ten years was so fast and deep?

After returning to China, after experiencing environmental protection storms and continuous price increases, it seemed to make everyone smell a different taste.


Many customers have told me in the past few months that business is difficult to do ... there are no orders ... more than half of the color production lines have been closed. At this time, the price reduction failed to stimulate the market's confidence, but made everyone more worried about the next fourth quarter.


Although the business is bleak, the needs of special products are still urgent.

Two pieces of goods almost killed a container


Solvent purple 59, domestic habits are called purple R or 26#purple.


Last month received such an order, and several products formed a full container, of which only 250 kg of solvent purple 59.


Although the solvent purple 59 has always been tight, we will keep some inventory to prepare from time to time. In the principle of serving customers and thinking for customers, our salesperson immediately agreed to the needs of customers. In fact, our inventory is only 200 kilograms. If we cannot produce in time, maybe friends who need to find peers will help the goods.


The subsequent tension was beyond our accident. In a few days, everyone received more than a dozen inquiries and several orders about the purple 59. I foresee that the friends who are not good at the big things can immediately ask whether they can help the goods, and they have been told that they have been sold one by one.


We informed the customer's situation that made him feel nervous and angry. Repeated negotiations have caused a lot of cracks for many years of cooperation between the two parties. When talking about unhappy places, he even threatened the cancellation of orders. We feel guilty and we are deeply guilty, but we did not give up looking for new supply. After several efforts, there were still friends with their colleagues.


Fortunately, I also reacted, and the tight products still demanded or even better.


I hope that the purple 59 is not the next yellow 114. Its amount is too small to support long -term high returns. At the end of this month, we are about to complete the production of Purple 59. After a large number of shipments, the supply and demand relationship is about to stabilize. After all, it is a small product, excessively raising prices, reducing quality earning profits, and short retreat of the market. In today's market conditions, rationality is scarce.


After speaking, the solvent is purple 59, I have to mention its twin sister solvents red 52 (purple red HL5B), and the latter's price has reached a thousand yuan level.


I think this is also an irrational but helpless market result. Because under the same conditions, it is difficult to find products with temperature resistance and patience.


It's hard but not without. For example, we have a product for replacing Red 52 and Purple 59. The color light is very close to the red 52 and the color is better, and the indicators are very close.


The important thing is the price.


It is much cheaper than red 52.
