Background:

Challenge:
When using disperse blue dyes and disperse violet dyes, there will be small white marks that cannot be colored.
Solution:
First, asking the customer about the dyeing process, PH value, heating rate, etc. According to customer's feedback, there is no problem with the dyeing process. At the same time, we provided our own dyeing process for customer to try again, but the same problem still occurred. Later, I asked the customer to send us his fabrics. The original grey fabric and two different pre-treated fabrics were dyed in our own laboratory and found that we dyed the original grey fabric after pre-treatment, and this problem did not occur. Therefore, it was discovered that the problem lies in the customer's pretreatment process. Finally, after the customer improved the pre-treatment process, the subsequent dyeing problem was solved.
