One-bath dyeing and anti-ultraviolet finishing of polyester-cotton fabrics with disperse dyes/reactive dyes and neutral fixation/ultraviolet absorbers. The effects of dyes, sodium chloride, benzyl alcohol and UV absorbers, as well as temperature and time on the K/S value and UV resistance of polyester-cotton fabrics were discussed, and the color fastness to rubbing and soaping of the dyed fabrics was tested . The results showed that under the conditions of 1% ( omf ) disperse dyes, 3% neutral fixing reactive dyes ( omf ), 10% ( omf ) ultraviolet absorber HLF, 30 g/L sodium chloride, dyeing temperature 130 ℃, and holding time 40 min The dyed fabric obtained satisfactory color and luster and excellent UV resistance, and the color fastness to washing and rubbing of the fabric reached grade 3.

Polyester-cotton blended fabrics are important fabrics for summer clothing, and traditional polyester-cotton blended fabrics are most widely dyed with disperse/reactive dyes. In recent years, due to the deepening of the concept of "energy saving and emission reduction, green environmental protection", simplifying the dyeing process of polyester-cotton blended fabrics with disperse/reactive dyes has become an important research topic for dyeing and finishing workers.

The new dispersive/active one-bath dyeing process developed by the researchers overcomes the defects of traditional two-bath dyeing, shortens the dyeing cycle, reduces energy consumption, saves water resources, and improves production efficiency.

When dyeing reactive dyes, in order to promote the covalent bond between the dye and the fiber, it is necessary to add an alkali agent, but because the addition of the alkali agent puts forward higher requirements for the alkali resistance of the disperse dyes, the neutral color-fixing reactive dyes need to be added. Research is valued. When dyeing with neutral fixative reactive dyes, there is no need to add alkali agent. Under neutral conditions, the covalent bond between the dye and the cotton fiber can be directly promoted by increasing the dyeing temperature, which can improve the dye uptake rate and color fixation. Rate.

Therefore, neutral fixative reactive dyes not only have the excellent properties of traditional reactive dyes, but also can simplify the production process, and are especially suitable for the one-bath dyeing process of blended fabrics such as polyester and cotton.

In the one-bath dyeing and anti-ultraviolet finishing test of disperse dyes/reactive dyeing neutral fixing/ultraviolet absorber on polyester-cotton fabrics, the best process is: disperse dyes 1% (omf), neutral fixing reactive dyes 3% ( omf), UV absorber HLF 5%~10% (omf), sodium chloride 20-30 g/L, fixing temperature 120~130℃, holding time 40min.

Using the best technology, one-bath low-temperature dyeing and anti-ultraviolet processing technology can be realized for polyester-cotton fabrics, and the dyeing fastness can reach the wearing performance.
